  • If your item is faulty, please contact us right away with details and photos, and we'll assist you with a return or replacement.

  • You can start a return/exchange through out returns portal or you can reach out to our customer care team by email or phone.

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method once the return is approved and the item is received. It may take a few business days for the refund to appear.

  • Yes! If you received a gift and need to return it, just contact us with the order details, and we'll help you with the process.

  • For hygiene reasons, earrings are not eligible for return or exchange, unless they are faulty or damaged.

  • Returns can be made to our in-store locations. Please check for the correct return options based on your order.

  • Apparel items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days, as long as they are in new, unworn condition with original tags attached.

  • Yes! If you ordered the wrong size, reach out to us, and we'll help you exchange it for the correct one, subject to availability. Earrings not included.

  • Return shipping costs are typically the responsibility of the customer.

  • Final sale items include clearance, sale, and earring items. These cannot be returned or exchanged.
