30-day return policy from date of purchase; must have receipt/proof of purchase; seasonal items final sale

Online:

30-day return policy from day of receiving order; all refunds must be processed online


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different product with a different price, the original item must be refunded, and the new item purchased separately. This process ensures a new receipt is issued for the new purchase.

Exchanges can be made by mail or in-store for the following items:

  • Rings can be exchanged for the same style in a different size.

  • Select necklaces offered online in multiple lengths (16", 18", 20") can be exchanged for a different length, if available.

  • Sweaters and T-shirts can be exchanged for a different size or swapped for another style of equal value.
