  • Free shipping is available on orders within Ontario that are over $100 (after tax).

  • Shipping costs depend on your location and the size of your order.

    For orders within Ontario:

    • $10 shipping fee on orders under $100.

    • Free shipping on orders over $100.

    For all orders outside of Ontario (rest of Canada and the U.S)

    • $15 flat-rate shipping fee (You’ll see the exact cost at checkout!)

  • We use reliable couriers like UPS and Purolator depending on your location.

  • Unfortunately, we don’t ship to PO boxes at the moment. Please provide a physical address when placing your order.

  • You will receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way!

  • No worries! Just reach out to our customer care team as soon as possible, and we'll help you update your address.

  • We offer shipping on orders throughout Canada and the United States.

  • Unfortunately, once your order is placed, we’re unable to upgrade the shipping.
