Available Positions

    • Experience leading a team within a retail setting

    • Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills

    • Proven ability to set and achieve financial and business objectives

    • Experience enforcing and maintaining company policies and procedures

    • Firm understanding of sales, promotions and merchandising

    • Excellent customer service skills

    • Experience creating and maintaining employee scheduling

    • Able to learn programs on site such as engravers and printers.

    • Experience with point-of-sale systems and cash handling

    • Quick and effective problem-solving and conflict-resolution 

    • Basic mathematics and financial knowledge

    • Able to learn programs on site (printers and engravers)

    • Create custom fit bracelets, anklets and necklaces for customers

    • Position also requires the same duties as our retail sales associate ( please read description above)

    • Provide a comfortable and fun environment as they pick out charms and create jewelry pieces

    • Outgoing, communicative and positive

    • Commission based position for welding part of the position
