What is Permanent Jewelry?

• Permanent jewelry is custom-fit, clasp-free jewelry that’s painlessly welded to you for a seamless, everyday piece. Think bracelets or anklets, you never have to take off!

How does the welding process work?

• We measure the chain to fit your wrist or ankle, then use a quick, safe micro-weld to close the chain. It’s fast, spark-free, and totally painless!

What should I expect at my appointment?

• Your appointment will take about 15–30 minutes. You'll choose your chain, get sized, and watch the magic happen. If you're adding charms, we’ll help you arrange them just right.

Is there an age requirement?

• We typically recommend 6 years and older. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Is it safe?

• Absolutely. We use a low-heat welding tool specifically made for jewelry. There’s no risk to your skin, and we provide a safe, comfortable experience for every customer!

Can I shower or swim with my jewelry on?

• Yes! Our high-quality metals are safe for everyday wear, including showering and swimming. Just avoid harsh chemicals like chlorine, bleach, or tanning sprays.

How do I clean it?

• Use a soft cloth to gently polish it or wash with mild soap and warm water. Avoid abrasive scrubbers and cleaners.

What happens if it breaks?

• Chains are delicate, so it can happen! If it breaks at the weld point, we offer free re-welding within 90 days of orginal purchase. If it breaks elsewhere, we’ll assess whether it can be repaired for a fee of $15.

Can I go through airport security with it?

• Yes! Most delicate jewelry does not have to be removed for airport security.

What if I need to take it off?

• You can carefully cut the chain at the small jump hoop with scissors or wire cutters. Keep the chain—we can re-weld it whenever you're ready.

What types of charms do you offer?

• We offer initials, birthstones, symbols, hearts, and more. Our team is happy to help you design a charm combo that reflects your story.

Can I add charms later?

• Absolutely! Book a charm addition appointment anytime, and we’ll help you add to your piece. Keep building your story over time.

How much do charms cost?

• Charm prices vary based on size and material. Our sterling silver charms range from $15–$40. Our solid gold charms range from $65-$135. Custom engraving charms carry a small additional fee.

Can I bring my own charm?

• In most cases, yes—as long as the charm has a suitable loop or ring. We’ll assess it on-site to make sure it works with your chain. There is a welding fee of $10 for any charms purchased outside of Harmony stores.

Can I gift a charm or permanent jewelry experience?

• Yes! Permanent jewelry makes a super meaningful gift. We offer physical gift cards for our welding studios, which can be purchased at our store locations.

What’s your cancellation policy?

• We kindly ask for 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.

Do you offer a warranty?

• We offer free re-weld if your chain breaks at the weld spot within 90 days. Additional re-welds or damage outside the weld point after 90 days of original purchase have a repair fee of $15.

Do you take walk-ins?

• Appointments are strongly encouraged to ensure we have time for you, but walk-ins may be accepted if availability allows.

What payment methods do you accept?

• We accept credit and debit cards and gift cards. Payment is due at the time of service.
