Important Shipping Updates!
Due to the Canada Post strike, all carriers are experiencing delays across the network due to a significant increase in volume. As a result, deliveries may experience delays that are not within our control. We will be shipping through UPS and Purolator for the duration of the strike.
For anyone LOCAL, we encourage IN-STORE PICKUP at checkout to avoid shipping delays.
In-store pickup orders are ready for pickup in 5-7 business days. Click here for all store locations.
Our team works hard to process your orders as soon as possible but please expect additional processing time during holidays or any unforeseeable delays with the courier (weather, volume, traffic, etc).

Please see the return guidelines listed below to see if purchased items are eligible for a return. We offer 30-day returns for all customers in Canada and the United States.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. However, outgoing parcels for exchanges will be dispatched at no charge using standard shipping. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Items must be returned in their original state and packaging without any signs of damage.
Jewelry items should be enclosed in their plastic seals provided to ensure protection during shipping.
All clothing must be unwashed/unworn and damage free.

Online purchases made on or after November 1st will be eligible for return until January 16th. For purchases made outside of this period, our standard 30-day return policy will still apply.
